A typical SR4RS contains two or three ball bearings, depending on the type of machine. They have the same diameter as the corresponding SR4RS.

It is easy to mount and requires minimal maintenance. The SR4RS is available as an open or sealed bearing. The cage is made of pressed steel or polyamide.
The SR4RS is also available with sensor units for monitoring the performance of the ball. They help with steering, angular position measurement, and speed sensing.
